SUMMARY
Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines and equipment by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintenance:
- Troubleshoots and repairs equipment problems as directed by Supervisor.
- Alerts Maintenance Manager and/or Group Leader to potential problems with equipment or repair.
- Installs new equipment, electrical service, and piping systems.
- Completes preventative maintenance requirements.
- Works in safe, orderly manner; keeps all work sites clean using good 5S practices.
- Uses protective equipment as required.
- Continuously improves skills and learns repair procedures on new equipment.
- Drives company truck to pick up parts, materials and to plow parking lot.
SKILLS:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) or technical school and/or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required to keep informed of new technologies.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, schematics, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate with internal customers in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Must have valid drivers license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
SUMMARY
Performs routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks by performing the following duties.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
Clean lunchrooms, restrooms, sweep, mop, dust, and perform various other functions
Empties trash; sweeps, mops
Cleans offices, restrooms, common areas, floors, other areas as required.
Works with safety as a priority; utilizes good 5S practices.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to communicate well with others (within the Maintenance Department, as well as with other C&J personnel).
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, manufacture’s labels and memos. Ability to communicate daily with maintenance personnel and occasionally with external customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to perform basic addition, including fractions and decimals.

SUMMARY
Performs assembly and packaging operations using hand and machine operations, by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily in all secondary environments including, but not limited to, general and assembly cleanrooms. Operation:
*Performs assembly and secondary operations while maintaining rates and quality product.
*Operates hand and machine tools, such as hot stamp, inserting machine, ultrasonic welder,
drill press, arbor press, packaging machine, etc.
*Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or by reading Routers and/or Work
Instructions.
*Understands the nature of defects in products being assembled and alerts Supervisor or
Team Leader of any problems with the product or process.
*Ability to use quality control equipment.
*Must pass GMP training to work in Cleanroom Environment; follows Cleanrooms rules
Miscellaneous:
*Ask questions until job instructions are comprehended.
*Performs repetitious operations with a positive attitude.
*Performs scheduled cleaning task and maintains clean work space according the 5s standards
*Communicates with Supervisor and Assembly Team Leader to determine safe and effective

The employee is regularly required to use fingers to handle, feel or manipulate objects, tools, or controls and may be required to regularly reach with arms and hands. SUMMARY
Tends to the produced product from injection molding machines by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily in all production environments including, but not limited to, general white and production cleanrooms. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
Operation:
*Responsible for production of one or more injection molding machines.
*Monitors general functions of injection molding machines to detect problems with cycle operations and removal of unformed parts, etc.
*Reports defects and malfunctions in process, material, or quality to technical personnel, Supervisor, or Team Leader for correction.
*Reads and understands Router/Work Order, Work Instructions, and Quality Plan for specific operation details, packaging, and quality requirements.
*Performs secondary operations; trims, degates, and packs parts; grinds runners; which may require
operating mechanical equipment.
*Gages and Visually inspects parts for defects; maintains quality production.
*Perform hourly rotation of parts.
*Moves production as required.
*Must pass GMP training to work in Cleanroom Environment; follows Cleanroom rules.
*Reports scrap hourly through IQMS, prints on demand labels through Scan Id.
Miscellaneous:
*Asks questions until all job instructions are comprehended.
*Maintains a clean work place according to 5S standards.
*Maintains safety standards; reports unsafe conditions.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Studies blueprints and computes dimensions to determine machining needed for parts.
- Completes work accurately and within budget.
- Writes certifications on designated dimensions.
- Verifies dimensions, alignments, and clearances, using measuring instruments such as dial indicators, gauge blocks and micrometers.
- Possesses or obtains precision tools that are required to complete assigned tasks (reasonable industry standards apply).
- Sets ups, operates, and maintains machinery and tools.
- Maintains 5S; implements safe work behavior.
- Works overtime when asked by Tool Shop Supervisor.
- Completes accurate labor tickets on a daily basis.
SKILLS
- Journeyman Tool & Die Maker certification or equivalent job experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, blueprints, specifications or technical procedures.
- Ability to complete required paperwork.
- Ability to communicate with internal customers and vendors in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical situations.
