Entry Level – Machine Operator

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

– Responsible for production of one or more injection molding machines.
– Monitors general functions of injection molding machines to detect problems with cycle. operations
and removal of unformed parts, etc.
– Reports defects and malfunctions in process, material, or quality.
– Performs secondary operations, and packs parts.
– Inspects parts for defects; maintains quality production.
– Must be able to work in Clean room Environment.

Education:
– High School Education or GED

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

– Performs assembly and secondary operations while maintaining quality and meeting rates.
– Operates hand and machine tools.
– Reports defects and malfunctions in process, material, or quality.
– Performs secondary operations, and packs parts.
– Must be able to work in Clean room Environment.

Education:
– High School Education or GED

Design Engineer

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

– Properly interprets customer requirements to determine design factors such as size, shape, and arrangement of parts.
– Creates and revises engineering drawings using acceptable control practices.
– Incorporates revisions and “groom” factors into existing drawings.
– Creates 3D models and engineering drawings for distribution.
– Responsible for keeping design software updated and efficient.
– Assists with 3D printing equipment and printed parts.
– Ability to interpret drawings, general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.
– Ability to write reports, business correspondence that are comprehensive and of sufficient quality.
– Ability to communicate with internal and external customers as well as suppliers in a clear and concise manner.
– Must be proficient with Microsoft products and C&J 2D/3D CAD software.
– Strong oral and written communication skills
– Positive energy and strong interpersonal skills
– Problem solving skills
– Strong mathematical skills with a focus on geometry, trigonometry, fractions, percentages, and ratios

Experience:
– Knowledge of plastics and injection molding manufacturing
– Experience with design software such as EMX in Creo, Solidworks standard components, Auto CAD, Creo, Solid Works, etc.

Education:
– Two to four-year degree from college or university; or three or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
– Ongoing education as required to keep up with current design software & technology.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Effective and efficient management of the day-to-day operations of the department including:
-full-cycle recruitment
-new hire processing and orientation

-wellness initiatives
-unemployment hearings
-participates in developing continuous improvement goals, objectives and measurement

Keeps abreast of compensation and benefit trends
Administer the company’s various insurance and other benefit problems
Represents the Company by membership and/or participation in professional, civic, charitable, or similar organizations as appropriate.
Responsible for implementation of corrective and preventative action and follow-up when discrepancies are detected in audits
Promotes a safe work environment

Experience:

-Minimum five years Human Resources management in a manufacturing environment preferred. This should have involved in the successful creation of good employee relations atmosphere, effective use of written and oral communications, and productive interpersonal relations at all levels.

Education:
-Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
