C&J Industries provided our customer with an over-molded screen housing that can conveniently be removed by the consumer for easy cleaning and reinstallation. Not only did the Filter Assembly need to be consumer-friendly, it also needed to pass strict flammability requirements. This custom color, Flame Retardant Air Filter is a key component to our customer's successful product launch.

High cosmetic requirements and aggressive cost targets created some unique challenges for a major ladder manufacturer. Our solution was to utilize a large tonnage press which enabled us to mold a clamshell designed pail shelf. We created a turnkey work cell at the press which reduced material handling and WIP.

With the addition of reusable packaging, C&J Industries provided our customer with the lowest cost solution for their Pail Shelf project.

That was the case for a leading Upright Vacuum Cleaner manufacturer. They needed a soft-touch, yet durable wheel mounted on a self-lubricated hub.

C&J Industries created a high cavitation, robotic part loader which reduced cycle time while eliminating the need for high cost two-shot mold tooling. Our customer received the lowest cost solution for both the upfront tooling expense as well as the ongoing production piece part price.
