Our broad expertise in plastic injection molding spans both engineering and commodity grade plastics. C&J has a total of 46 presses in our general molding facility and Class VIII (100,000 count) Clean Rooms. The majority of our injection molding machines are all-electric, Toshiba presses. They range from 20 to 720 tons of clamping pressure. With our recently completed $6.8 million expansion, we have capacity for your plastic injection molding or contract manufacturing project.
C&J offers a unique 10-Year mold warranty that reflects the high quality of the plastic injection molds that we produce. Our warranty is extended to any production injection mold produced by C&J Industries, regardless of the quantity produced.
