We offer a broad array of injection molding design and injection molding tooling services. From plastic product design, rapid prototyping and building complex injection molds to production gages & fixtures, C&J is a full service design and tooling source.
At the heart of producing outstanding quality injection molded components and devices is a robust injection molding design. C&J Industries has 20 engineers on staff and we utilize the latest Pro E® software (Wildfire versions 3, 4 & 5) as well as a full suite of Moldex 3D® software.
Our 3D product and injection molding design models carry over directly to our 20 man tool shop. C&J's high speed 3D milling and machine centers are able to produce extremely complex and contoured parts-often without the need for time consuming EDM machining. This reduces both lead-time and cost.
We're so sure of the quality of our injection mold tooling; C&J offers a 10-year mold warranty on our production molds. C&J's mold warranty is valid regardless of the number of parts produced during the 10-year warranty period.
