C&J private labels products and ships directly to end users for many of our customers. At the heart of our contract manufacturing department is the Manufacturing Engineering R&D Lab. The R&D lab is the "think tank" that drives cost out of the assembly process. This in-house group designs and builds all of the assembly equipment used in our manufacturing. From simple Assembly Fixtures to complex Automation Equipment and Vision Inspection Systems, C&J Industries is truly a full-service plastic contract manufacturing company.
C&J's plastic contract manufacturing department is staffed for 5-day, 24-hour production. We work directly with your planning departments to arrange for Kan-Ban pull systems-reducing your warehouse requirements, while increasing inventory turns. We work with many EDI and other electronic ordering system formats. Supply agreements and Manufacturing contracts are in place with most of our customers.
