Solid. Consistent. Mature. Not exactly the most animated words in the English dictionary, but when it comes to C&J Industries' quality systems, they'll do just fine. Many companies can boast about the latest alphabet soup of quality acronyms (and so can we)—but at the end of the day, and every day—it's the outcome that matters.
We never get tired of customers who audit our quality systems—their reactions are nearly identical: "C&J Industries is really doing something right." These results aren't accidental; quality never is. Our In-Process Quality department and Metrology Lab are staffed by some of the most experienced employees at C&J Industries. Most of the Quality department employees have been with the company over 15 years. When you give experienced employees the right tools and equipment, you get outstanding results. It gives "Solid, Consistent and Mature" a whole new meaning.

C&J is committed to the highest quality standards. We were the first custom injection molder and tool builder to pass Underwriters Laboratories' final audit for ISO 9001 in 1994. We are also a registered FDA Medical Device Manufacturer.
