C&J Industries Increases Large Tonnage Clean Room Capacity

C&J announced today the purchase of two large tonnage all-electric injection molding presses (180 ton and 240 ton clamping pressure) to be added to our Class VIII Clean Room. "We're seeing more and more requirements for higher cavitation and larger tonnage presses from our medical customers," stated David Lennox, VP of Operations. "To keep pace with the increased production output, we also purchased another Smartscope Vision Inspection Machine," he added.
With the added presses, C&J now has 21 presses in our Class VIII Clean Room with clamping pressures that range from 20 ton to 390 ton. This is in addition to the 20 presses in our general molding area-which have presses up to 720 tons of clamping pressure
